Shipping / Return Policy
All orders are dropped shipped by the designated vendor that has posted their brand’s clearance items on our website. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 noon eastern time (9:00 AM PST) usually ship same day and most orders will ship by the end of the next business day provided there are no issues with your payment processing through our system. Once your order is shipped by the designated vendor(s) you will receive notice of the tracking information for that item(s) via email. For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, the customer will be required to pay the shipping charges and fees based on the weight of the package (minimum of $7.99). Packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service’s Priority Mail. When you enter your order information into our online order form when calculating the total of your cart, the system will automatically compute the shipping charges and fees according to designated location.
WHAT TO DO IF SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS OCCUR
It is up to each customer to enter the proper address for their processed orders. If you have incorrectly entered a shipping address, PriolifeNutrition.com can possibly have your shipment rerouted. Please be aware that you are solely responsible for any and all additional shipping fees to re-route your order to the correct address. If you enter an incorrect address into our order processing form and the order is shipped, you will be charged a $15.00 fee as the shipper will charge us a fee to correct the package destination and reroute it.
